I help students connect to their truest selves through movement medicine and philosophy. All of my flows are curated with intention and aim to strengthen the mind/body connection. My spiritual teachings pull inspiration from all resources and have most recently included animal medicine influenced by Native American traditions. I have been actively teaching since 2014 and have served many populations including business professionals in corporate settings as well as individuals with special needs. I am a 200 hour registered yoga teacher and have continued education credits in both trauma informed and adaptive yoga.
“Jess has a gift for working with individuals with special needs. Her focus is always on what the student can do, not their limitations. Her gentle nature and kindness are gifts to her students.” –– Kerri Hanlon, Founder of YogaHome
I am graduate from Interchange Counseling Institute and hold a 200 hour certificate in coaching and counseling. The tools acquired in this curriculum have allowed me to align with my highest potential and I want to help you align with yours. I believe that everyone has their answers and that, at some point, we all need assistance accessing them. By creating a safe space and offering a compassionate ear, I support people in discovering their truth. My work helps the client identify and eradicate limiting belief systems in order to make room for transformative growth. I typically work one-on-one with clients and am available to operate in a vast array of settings. My experience includes, but is not limited to; chronic health conditions relationships and reoccurring wounding.
